Equipment Leasing
As a Senior Managing Director of The Alta Group (an
international consultancy specializing in equipment leasing
and finance), I participate in a range of advisory and consulting
activities for Alta clients throughout the U.S. and the world.
In particular, I am the leader of Alta's Legal Services
practice, which offers expert witness, litigation support,
dispute resolution, and related services in equipment leasing,

due diligence, analytical, and operational reviews and assessments of leasing and finance companies and their portfolios, their business
